Learners need topics they are
interested in, motivating activities and plenty of encouragement. Whether it’s
making small talk with an English-speaking guest or taking an unexpected phone
call in English, our job is to prepare learners to interact successfully
outside the classroom. In this webinar, we’ll be taking examples from DELTA
Publishing's Business Impact course and a selection of our teacher development
titles. Business Impact has been designed to provide extensive practice in
business English communication in authentic situations. We’ll also look at ways
we can deal with language errors, discussing which mistakes to correct and when
to do so.
